A 2025 company press release calls it an owner-managed factoring company.

Its homepage says it is "privately owned and managed by original founders." Its "what makes us stand out" page says it is not affiliated with a bank.

The about page lists its leadership:

An August 2025 press release says the company had reached 250 active clients nationwide.

Services

  • Invoice factoring. For businesses that sell to other businesses on credit terms. Clients choose which invoices to submit, according to the FAQ.
  • Recourse and non-recourse factoring. Both are offered, according to its homepage. The site does not explain which events the non-recourse plan covers.
  • Credit reports on customers. The homepage lists free Dun & Bradstreet and Experian reports.
  • Online portal. Clients get 24-hour access to an online portal.
  • Coverage. The FAQ says it factors in all 50 states. It does not offer international factoring.

Staff are available during business hours, which the site lists as 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The site does not describe a weekend or after-hours funding program.

The company's freight broker page says it pays referral partners 20% of all fees earned each month for as long as the client stays in good standing.

Industries served

Its industry pages cover staffing agencies, manufacturers, oil and gas service companies and IT firms. The FAQ adds outsourcing companies, wholesalers, distributors and service businesses such as healthcare. The site does not list trucking among its industries and has no freight-specific products.

The FAQ says it works with businesses from start-up size up to $5 million in monthly sales. Its homepage gives a range of $10,000 to $5 million in working capital, with credit lines of up to $5 million.

The homepage and every industry page say "rates starting as low as .8%, with up to 95% advances." The site does not say what period the 0.8% covers or how the rate changes if a customer pays late.

A May 2026 paid press placement said advances could reach 96 cents on the dollar. The company's own site says up to 95%.

The homepage promises "no up-front fee, no due diligence fees and no surprises." The about page says there are no up-front fees, hidden costs or long-term contracts. The FAQ confirms there is no application fee. The site has no published list of ongoing charges, such as wire, lockbox or processing fees, or late-payment add-ons.

The freight broker page says the company never places minimum or maximum amounts on financed receivables. Clients are not required to factor their whole ledger.

How to apply

The company says its decisions rest on the strength of a client's customers and its product or service, not on the client's credit history. Its small-business page says it runs no personal credit checks. The "stand out" page says it works with companies in reorganization or with poor credit. The about page says many referred clients eventually return to their bank for conventional financing.

The FAQ says a proposal is normally issued within a day of a completed application. Setting up a new client usually takes three to five days. After that, the company wires funds the next morning after an approved invoice is submitted. There is no application fee.
