What Factor Connection is

A directory and review site for invoice factoring. Every company profile shows the terms the company publishes on its own site, each figure linked to its source, plus moderated client reviews. We don't rate, score or rank factoring companies. Around it sit industry and state pages, lists by need, a cost calculator and long-form guides on cost, recourse, contracts, funding speed and switching. The site is free to use; factoring companies pay us for introductions, never the business owner. How we're paid.

Who visits

Owners and finance leads of small and mid-sized businesses who are deciding whether to factor and with whom. Most arrive from search on a specific question: what factoring costs, recourse or non-recourse, how to switch, how fast funding happens. The largest group is trucking: owner-operators, small fleets and new authorities, in English and Spanish. The rest are staffing, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare, distribution and government contractors.

How referrals are routed

1. A visitor asks for quotes through the get-matched wizard or the quote form that sits on every page. We collect industry, state, monthly invoice volume band, company, name, phone and email (MC number for carriers).
2. The request is matched to one partner: industry first, then state, then the first active partner in our priority list for that combination. One lead goes to one partner; we do not sell the same lead to several companies.
3. The lead reaches you the way you choose: posted to your intake form or API, emailed to your intake address, or, for affiliate-style programs, the visitor is sent to your tracked link after submitting.
4. You contact the business owner directly and quote your own terms. We are a referral partner. We do not negotiate, apply on anyone's behalf, or stand between you and the client.

How referrals are tracked

Every lead is stored with a timestamp, the routed partner, the page it came from, the visitor's first-touch referrer and campaign tags. Every click to a partner's site goes through an on-site redirect that logs the partner, the page and the day, and carries UTM tags so it shows up in your own analytics. Partners get a lead and click report on request, and each lead email you receive carries a lead number you can quote back to us.

Partner terms we accept

• Referral fee per funded client, paid when a referred business signs and funds its first invoice. Our preferred model.
• Fee per qualified lead, where qualified means a real business in an industry and state you serve, within your minimum volume, with working contact details. Leads outside your stated coverage are not billed.
• Paid placement is labeled. Featured placements carry a visible Featured label. Payment never changes the facts we publish about a company, and we publish no ratings or rankings.
• Sponsored links are labeled. Links to partners carry rel="sponsored" and a disclosure on the page. Editorial reviews, including the critical parts, stay as they are.
• You set your coverage. Tell us your industries, states and minimum monthly volume, and you receive only leads that fit. No exclusivity is required either way.
• Contact data stays with the lead. We pass a lead to the one partner it was routed to. We do not sell or rent lists.

What we do not do

• Remove or soften an approved client review because a company is a partner. Reviews are moderated for authenticity, not for sentiment.
• Change a published term on a profile at a partner's request without a source on the partner's own website.
• Describe ourselves as anything other than a referral partner.
