A group of partners runs the firm. Its reference page names a president, a director of business development, a director of operations and a director of finance, all described as partners.
Trucking is central to the business, but the company also lists several other industries and financing products. The site is bilingual.
A September 2025 press release announced that its investment-grade corporate notes had been increased to $30.5 million. Brean Capital was the placement agent.
The company's pages give different funding totals. Its homepage says it has funded over $1 billion in the transportation industry alone. Its about page says over $2 billion in transportation alone. Its 2025 press release says it has provided over $2 billion to growing companies since 2018.

The FAQ answers both "What does factoring cost?" and "What amount or percentage of invoice will you advance?" with the same sentence. It says the answer depends on industry, volume, payment terms and customers, and asks the reader to call for a quote. The factoring page, in a section on the cost of waiting for payment, says factoring companies "may charge 2–3% of the amount of the invoice." The site does not state what happens to the fee when an invoice is paid late.
The homepage has a funding fee estimator. Users enter invoice totals and payment terms. A note says the results are only estimates.
Under the general FAQ, if a customer does not pay, the client must buy the invoice back, swap it for another invoice, or have the amount taken from reserves. The transportation page does not say what the freight non-recourse program covers or what it costs. The FAQ says the personal guarantee confirms the client will perform under the agreement.
How to apply
The company says its goal is to approve files within 24 hours. Its homepage says approvals can come in as little as 8 hours. The FAQ says there is no minimum or maximum volume and that solutions are tailored.
Only the customers a client chooses to factor are contacted. Each of those customers must pass a credit check. The FAQ discourages keeping factoring hidden from customers, and the factoring page lists both notification and non-notification options.
For carriers, the fuel advance is available as soon as a factored load has been picked up. It can be loaded to the fuel card or sent to the carrier's bank. The company quotes an average fuel discount of 49 cents a gallon with no transaction fees. It says card transfers usually post within minutes.
