Its website is basicblock.io. The basicblock.com address now belongs to an unrelated business.

The company advertises a single published rate, no contracts, no minimums, no reserve, non-recourse coverage and fast payment. It also offers a freight broker check tool, fuel advances and an Instant Pay option. Its freight factoring page says it serves "thousands of carriers across the U.S."

The terms below are as stated on the company's website, FAQ and terms of service in November 2026.

Fee mechanics. The FAQ example: a $3,000 load at 2.5% is $75 in fees. The same FAQ says fees vary with credit profile, invoice size, volume and advance percentage. It also says non-recourse factoring typically carries fees 0.5% to 1.5% higher than recourse. The homepage says all factoring is non-recourse.

Reserve. In the FAQ example, BasicBlock funds about $2,850 upfront on a $3,000 load with a $75 fee, leaving about $75 not paid on day one. The terms of service say a holdback reserve may be kept against chargebacks, returns or disputes. It is released on the schedule in the client's account agreement.

Fuel advance fee. The fuel advance page calls the fee "a low, flat fee" that is the same for $500 or $1,500. The terms say unpaid fuel advances accrue charges at rates set in the account agreement.

Funding timing. Loads submitted before 2pm Central on a weekday are typically paid the same day, by about 4pm Central. Loads submitted after the cutoff Monday to Thursday are processed the next business day. Loads submitted after 2pm on Friday are processed the following Monday. The FAQ says most loads are funded within 4 to 24 hours and funds typically reach the client's account the next business day.

Other contract terms. Advance rates, holdbacks and fees are set in a separate account agreement. The terms say rates can be adjusted with notice and vary with credit quality, payment history and market conditions. On closing an account, outstanding obligations and fees are still due. BasicBlock can end the relationship immediately for reasons including fraud, lapsed insurance or authority, a failed federal safety audit, or a customer defaulting on multiple invoices. After termination, BasicBlock collects outstanding invoices and the client remains liable for disputes and chargebacks. The terms define non-recourse as BasicBlock bearing customer credit risk on approved customers. Disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA commercial rules in Lancaster County, Nebraska, with a class action waiver. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
